Term	Description
Pre-Leasing Project	Planned buildings for which the owners are actively promoting availability to prospective tenants but do not have a building permit.
Under Construction Buildings	Buildings that have started construction or have made a firm commitment to proceed with construction with an announcement.
Completed Building	An office building is deemed to be complete when the first tenant has or could have moved in.
	An industrial building is deemed to be complete when the building envelope (walls and roof) has been completed.
