Enhance the Value of Your Subscription

Please help us enhance the value of your online subscription. We strongly encourage you and your associates to respect the copyrights associated with the use of the data and reporting tools. Specifically:

• Altus InSite retains all ownership interests to any data, images and related content which is provided on the altusinsite.com and realinsite.com domains and any related sub-domains.
• Subscribers have unlimited rights to distribute the data and/or report outputs internally or with employees of wholly owned subsidiaries.
• Subscribers may not, in part or in whole, extract, distribute or reproduce any data or images for the purposes of reselling that data to a third party.
• Subscribers may fax, e-mail or transmit selected outputs from the data to any third party subject to specific written permission from Altus InSite.
• Subscribers may not distribute any portion of the data to more than three third parties without specific written permission from Altus InSite.
• Subscribers may, in their written communications, refer to specific data elements, such as a Total Vacant Rate statistic, provided the source is acknowledged in the following manner, "Altus InSite © 1999-2014 Altus Group Limited" in the text with the data, as well as in a footnote reference.
• Prior to publishing or reproducing the essential data message or meaning from any chart, graph or visual elements contained in the data, specific written permission from Altus InSite is required.
• A violation of any of the above conditions, or other copyrights, will result in the restriction of access to all Altus InSite products as well as other legal remedies that Altus InSite, at its own discretion, deems appropriate.
