Please select an asset type and choose a province from the menu on the right. Select the desired report using the radio button and click on Analyze to generate results.

  1. Select a Property Type using the radio buttons. Note: only one property type can be selected.
  2. Select the Province you would like to use as a starting point. You will be able to refine your search for the relevant markets and the leasing districts within those markets.
  3. Select one of the reporting options using the radio button next to the report name. Some reports are currently in development.
  4. Click on the Analyze button to generate a Current Quarter Summary report, which includes access to historical reporting options and dynamic charts, as well as direct links to the detailed list of buildings behind each of the totals on the report.

Update Your Buildings & Available Space

Easy To Update

There are no charges to add, edit or update buildings and no login is required to suggest a change or correction for any building or available space listing in our system. All suggested changes or corrections will be reviewed and verified by our research staff.

If you or your company already has buildings or available space listings in our system you can manage your information by manager or leasing company, or using the email address of one of the approved contacts. No login is required to access your listings but you will be required to login to make changes and submit them. All updates submitted will be reviewed by our research staff before being posted to the live database.

All contacts associated with a Manager or Leasing company portfolio can easily locate all of the buildings which are attached to that Manager or Leasing company and access the relevant details to review, add, or edit those details.

  1. Select either Manager or Leasing Company from the drop down menu.
  2. Enter the first few letters of the company name in the next field and choose the appropriate company name from the results that will appear to select your company.
    Note: If you have buildings in our database and your company name does not appear, please contact us at update@altusinsite.com.
  3. Select the Market or City you wish to review and/or update from the menu on the right.
  4. Click Find to generate a list of your buildings to begin the process. There will be on-screen instructions and tool tips along the way to help you complete your update.

New buildings cannot be added directly and all information submitted will require verification by our administration staff before being posted live to the site.

  1. Search by street name or building name to determine if the building already exists in our database. Please keep your search criteria as short as possible as we may not have the address in the exact format you enter.
  2. If you do not find the Building you wish to add to our system, please follow the Add a New Building link from the results page. There will be on-screen instructions and tool tips along the way to help you complete your update.

Edit/Update Listings

Only the approved contacts associated with a building or an available space listing have the authority to add, or edit the buildings or available space listings they are attached to.

To access your buildings or available space listings:

  1. Enter one or both of your name or complete email address to return a list of users matching the name and/or email address entered. If you enter your email address, only one option should be returned.
  2. Click on your name to generate a list of the buildings and/or spaces attached to your name to begin the process. There will be on-screen instructions and tool tips along the way to help you complete your update.
